碳纤维化学性质
碳(tan)(tan)(tan)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)是含(han)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)量高(gao)(gao)于90%的(de)无(wu)机高(gao)(gao)分子(zi)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei) 。其中(zhong)含(han)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)量高(gao)(gao)于99%的(de)称(cheng)石墨纤(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)。碳(tan)(tan)(tan)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)的(de)轴向强度和模量高(gao)(gao),无(wu)蠕(ru)变(bian),耐疲(pi)劳性(xing)(xing)好(hao)(hao),比热及导电(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)介于非金(jin)(jin)属(shu)和金(jin)(jin)属(shu)之间(jian),热膨胀(zhang)系(xi)数小,耐腐蚀(shi)性(xing)(xing)好(hao)(hao),纤(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)的(de)密度低,X射线透(tou)过性(xing)(xing)好(hao)(hao)。但(dan)其耐冲(chong)击(ji)性(xing)(xing)较(jiao)差,容易(yi)损伤,在强酸作用下发生氧化,与金(jin)(jin)属(shu)复合时会发生金(jin)(jin)属(shu)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)化、渗(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)及电(dian)(dian)化学腐蚀(shi)现象。因(yin)此(ci),碳(tan)(tan)(tan)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)在使用前(qian)须进行表面处理(li)。
