玻璃纤维发展历程
上(shang)世纪三十年代,美国人(ren)发(fa)明了(le)(le)(le)用铂坩埚连续拉制玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)(wei)和用蒸汽喷吹(chui)玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)棉的(de)(de)工(gong)艺后,玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)生产才(cai)形(xing)成了(le)(le)(le)现(xian)代工(gong)业。玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)(wei)有(you)较长的(de)(de)发(fa)展历史(shi)。随着(zhe)近代科(ke)学技术(shu)的(de)(de)发(fa)展,对(dui)玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)力(li)学、耐热等(deng)性能提出(chu)(chu)了(le)(le)(le)更高(gao)的(de)(de)要(yao)求,促使六十年代以来(lai)出(chu)(chu)现(xian)了(le)(le)(le)许多特种玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)(wei),如耐高(gao)温玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)(wei)、高(gao)强度玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)(wei)、高(gao)模量(liang)玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)(wei)等(deng)。在(zai)高(gao)性能玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)发(fa)展过程(cheng)中(zhong)最引人(ren)注目的(de)(de)是(shi)1996年3月在(zai)第41次SAMPE国际会议上(shang),道康宁公司首次发(fa)表的(de)(de)高(gao)强度玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)纤(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)(wei)"ZenTron”,它是(shi)以高(gao)硅(gui)含(han)量(liang)玻(bo)(bo)璃(li)(li)为原料制成,采(cai)用被称为Single-bushing(单(dan)套管(guan))或Single-end(单(dan)头)30型的(de)(de)技术(shu)成纤(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)。此产品后处理工(gong)序(xu)少,可防止纤(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)维(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)损伤(shang),并能降低成本。
